Working principle
A pulse duster is a method of removing the dust attached to a filter medium (a cloth bag or a filter) by blowing the compressed air; according to the size of the Dust Collector, there may be several sets of pulse valves, controlled by a pulse controller or PLC, each time a set of pulse valves is opened to remove the dust of the bag or cartridge that it controls, and other cloth. The bag or filter tube is working normally, after a period of time, the next group of pulse valves are opened, and the next part of the dust collector is made up of the ash bucket, the upper box, the middle box and the lower box, and the upper, middle and lower cases are the sub chamber structure. When working, the dust gas is entered into the ash bucket from the inlet duct, and the coarse dust particles fall directly into the bottom of the ash bucket. The fine dust particles enter the middle and lower boxes with the turning point of the air flow, and the dust is attached to the outer surface of the Filter Bag. The filtered gas enters the upper box to the net gas collection pipe row air duct and is discharged to the atmosphere by the exhaust fan.
