Integrated sewage treatment equipment is also called an integrated sewage treatment device. It is to integrate the two-stage contact oxidation method into the equipment to reduce costs and improve the flexibility of the entire treatment process. The integrated sewage treatment equipment produced by our company is divided into two series, made of two materials: carbon steel anticorrosive material CWA type and CWB type made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, both materials can be buried in the ground or placed above the ground, each has its advantages and disadvantages.
The water quality design parameters of the integrated sewage treatment equipment are also calculated according to the general domestic sewage water quality design. The intake level is BOD5200mg/l, and the effluent BOD5 is calculated at 20mg/l. There are six parts: (1) Primary sedimentation tank (2) Contact Oxidation tank (3) secondary sedimentation tank (4) disinfection tank, disinfection device (5) sludge tank (6) fan room and fan. (1) Primary sedimentation tank: The primary sedimentation tank is a vertical flow sedimentation tank. At present, in most cases, this process has been omitted. In the initial settling process that has been completed in the previous adjustment tank, this part is generally changed to a hydrolysis acidification tank, or directly made into an anaerobic/ Anoxic device, that is to say A section of AO (2) Contact oxidation tank: The water in the anaerobic tank/anoxic tank flows to the contact tank for biochemical treatment. The contact tank is divided into three stages, with a total residence time of 4-6 hours Because the filler in this area is combined with aeration, generally combined fillers are used. The specific surface area of the filler is 160m2/m3, and the air-water ratio of the contact pool is about 10-20:1. In order to avoid short flow, the process section of qualified integrated equipment is divided into two stages. (3) Secondary sedimentation tank: The biochemical sewage flows to the secondary sedimentation tank. The secondary sedimentation tank is advection or vertical flow sedimentation tank. The HRT is generally 1.5 hours, and the water flow rise speed after diversion is generally 1.5mm per minute. (4) The disinfection pool and disinfection pool are in accordance with the standard: (TJ14-74) The standard is 30 minutes. If it is hospital sewage, the disinfection pool can increase the residence time to 1-1.5 hours. The disinfection adopts the disinfection method of solid chlorine tablets contacting and dissolving. The disinfection device can continuously change the dosage of the medicine according to the size of the water output, so as to achieve the purpose of adding more water with more water and adding less medicine with less water. It can be prepared separately if other disinfection devices are needed. (Note: If it is used for industrial sewage, the disinfection tank and disinfection device are not necessary) (5) Sludge tank: All sludge in the primary sedimentation tank and secondary sedimentation tank are lifted by air to the sludge tank of the integrated equipment for aerobic Digestion, the supernatant of the sludge tank is returned to the contact oxidation tank for reprocessing. After digestion, the remaining sludge is very small. Generally, it is cleaned once every 1-2 years. The bottom of the mud pool can be pumped and transported out. (6) Fan room and fan: The fan room is located above the disinfection pool. The inlet of the fan room adopts double-layer sound insulation, and the air inlet has a muffler and fan filter. Therefore, it is basically noise-free during operation. This equipment can also be installed according to customer needs. The room is integrated with the integrated equipment. If it is buried underground, attention should be paid to lighting and ventilation issues.
The integrated buried domestic sewage treatment equipment is based on the A/O biochemical process, which integrates domestic sewage and industrial wastewater similar to domestic sewage, such as biodegradation of sewage sedimentation, oxidation and disinfection. Raw water concentration: BOD5: standard type≤250mg/L, enhanced type≤400mg/L, if it exceeds 400 mg/L, it needs to be designed separately. 3. The equipment is mainly suitable for domestic sewage in residential areas, hotels, docks, airports, shopping malls, nursing homes, schools, factories and mines and similar industrial wastewater with relatively low concentration such as food industry and aquaculture.
